His true passion is duck hunting, and over a 40-year span he's hunted with some of the best callers and experienced duck hunters in the U.S. and Canada. He shares many of these experiences during presentations at the California International Sports Expos.

Bruce Hamby poured his 40-years of fishing knowledge into the spacious 22-foot custom built Jet Boat -- equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, G Loomis ultra light rods, four Cannon digital downriggers, Lowrance depth finder, TR-1 Auto Pilot, and every fishing lure imaginable. VALLEY OUTDOORSMEN

Ron Wilson, of Modesto, CA and Tim Paes, of Turlock, CA operate the Valley Outdoorsmen website. Ron is a Member of the Outdoor Writers Association of America and Outdoor Writers of California. He retired as an Outdoor columnist from the Modesto Bee Newspaper, where he had written thousands of articles that appeared in print and online from 1986 to 2002. Ron's love of hunting and fishing as well as writing lead him to take his career into a new direction and partner with Tim to start this website. Tim has been an outdoor enthusiast all his life, spending much of his youth hunting and fishing. He now spends most of his free time competing as a tournament black bass fisherman.
